Are we taking this metaphor too far? Perhaps. But why stop when we can double down with another favorite vital organ… the brain! Tortuous segue, yes, but it takes us to what we found on Healthline’s website:

Plus a photo of a couple so cheery and bright-eyed (check the listing!) that we can only surmise is … an aspirational benefit? Perhaps we’ll have another cup of coffee and ruminate.

The trusted Hamilton Beach brand gets a solid 4.5 stars from more than 27,000 reviews for its 12-cup coffee maker. Besides being able to schedule your coffee in advance (and who doesn’t love to wake up to the smell of a fresh pot?) you can also brew a single cup. Or a travel mug if you are back into the commuting life.

If you’re the type who wouldn’t consider drinking a cup of joe without freshly ground beans, chances are your grinder is driving you nuts. Or other members of the household who don’t exactly love the sound. The Hamilton Beach Grinder wants to save your family dynamic with a grinder they boast is quieter than competing brands. Amazon shoppers love the Keurig single serve coffee maker, giving it five stars with 21,000 ratings, which are growing in number every day. It brews several different cup sizes and offers a separate iced coffee setting. If you didn’t know what K-cup was all about, this is it.

And finally, at 919 ratings, the Nespresso Virtuo Plus has not yet met Amazon’s threshold for “most-loved,” but with a 4.5 star rating it’ll be there soon. From our own personal experience I’d give it 100-1 odds. This was a pandemic purchase and we’re in love with the coffee, the ease of use and the free delivery program, which quite often has a deal going on, so it’s worth it to stock up on pods.
